Welcome! My name is Delanie Gooden. I'm a passionate and versatile video editor with 8 years of hands-on experience working with digital film equipment and relevant software. As a self-taught editor, I’ve honed my skills using a range of powerful tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Sony Vegas Pro, and Avid Media Composer via coursework and extracurricular projects. I am a recent graduate from the University of West Georgia in Spring 2024 with a Bachelor of Science in Film and Video Production. This academic pursuit has provided me with both the technical foundation and creative insight to develop my skills and vision in the film industry.

 Throughout my undergraduate years, I had the opportunity to engage with numerous student films, often stepping into the role of lead editor or collaborating within a team of peers to craft compelling narratives. My experience spans a variety of editing styles, including short films, social media content, and motion graphics.

I am passionate about storytelling and eager to contribute to any production efforts. Whether working independently or as part of a team, I strive to bring every vision to life with precision and creativity.
